Jim joined O'Steen & Harrison, PLC in 1988, working in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and defective products.

Jim graduated from Allegheny College in 1976 (B.A.), and the University of Pittsburgh College of Law in 1979 (J.D.).

He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1980. Jim is admitted to practice in the Arizona Supreme Court and the United States District Court.

Jim is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He is certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in the area of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.

Jim is av-rated (the highest rating) by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

Jim was born in Pennsylvania in 1954 and moved to Arizona in 1979.
