Jonathan is a partner at O'Steen & Harrison, PLC. He joined the firm in 2005, and practices in the
areas of personal injury, defective products and commercial
litigation.
He graduated from Occidental College in 2002 (B.A., Economics and Political Science) and the Arizona State
University College of Law in 2005 (J.D., cum laude). He served as Senior Articles Editor of the Arizona
State Law Journal and was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar.
Jon is a Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County Superior Court and serves on the State Bar of Arizona Fee Arbitration Committee. In 2012 and 2013, he was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. Jon is av-rated (the highest rating) by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell Law
Directory.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Jon serves on the Board of Governors for the Arizona Association for Justice and is Chair of its Public Education committee.
He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2005. Jon is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court
of Arizona, the United States District Court (District of Arizona) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Ninth Circuit.
Jonathan is a native Arizonan, having been born in Phoenix in 1980.
