Rick is a partner at O'Steen & Harrison, PLC. He joined the firm in 1996, following lengthy service
as Supervisory Trial Attorney for the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. From 1968 through
1972, Rick worked as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He
practices in the areas of employment discrimination and sexual
harassment.
Rick graduated from Occidental College in 1964 (B.A.), and Stanford University College of Law in 1967
(J.D.).
He was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 1968, and the State Bar of Arizona in 1973. Rick is
admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Arizona, the United States District Court and the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Rick is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section; the State Bar of Arizona,
Employment and Labor Section; and the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association. He is a former member of
the Board of Directors of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest.
Rick was born in New York in 1942 and moved to Arizona in 1947. |
