Arianna Hinostosa Killed in Accident When Car Strikes Utility Pole
Phoenix, Arizona—Arianna Hinostosa, age 18, died when the car in which she was a passenger left the roadway and struck a utility pole early Tuesday morning.
According to Phoenix Police Department accident investigators, the 17-year-old male teen driver of the car was headed northbound on 67th Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. when he lost control. Ms. Hinostosa was ejected. Phoenix Police pronounced her dead on the scene.
The unidentified driver was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. No additional information presently is available.
