Four Injured After Car Crashes into Circle K in Surprise

Surprise, Arizona—Four people were injured after a car crashed into a Circle K near 114th Avenue and Bell Road at about 6:30 p.m. last night. The injured include two young children, ages 5 and 8.

According to accident investigator with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, the driver of the vehicle was parked in a spot directly in front of the convenience store when he backed into the front door. He hit multiple people before pulling back out of the store. Four people were rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

MCSO reports that the driver is suspected of being impared and was arrested at the scene.
