Tucson Police Officer Isaac Rosario Killed in Three Vehicle Crash
Glendale, Arizona—Isaac Rosario, age 41 of Tucson, was killed Saturday afternoon when his vehicle was struck by a SUV that was out-of-control after striking two light poles and crossing the Grand Avenue median near Missouri Avenue. The driver of the SUV has been identified as 36 year old Steven Mendez of Scottsdale. He, too, died from injuries he received in the crash.
A third driver, identified only as a female, received minor injuries.
Officer Rosario was a one-year member of the Tucson Police Department and a Marine Corps veteran.

Steven Gessner, a first-year student at Peoria High School, was struck by a van on his way to class Friday morning. He was in the crosswalk in front of his school and the crosswalk lights ewre flashing when he was hit.
The Peoria Police Department today identified Brandon Windhal as the individual who died in the fiery crash on Friday evening on Lake Pleasant Parkway and Westwing Parkway in Peoria.
Roger Plesotis died of injuries he sustained in a head-on collision last Saturday night. The Glendale Police Department responded to the accident on 59th Avenue near Olive Avenue.
