Richard Harker Killed, Two Others Injured in Head-on Accident

Bullhead City, Arizona—Bullhead City Police Department accident investigators report that Richard Eugene Harker, age 54, died in a head-on accident on Monday afternoon at about 4:45 p.m. Mr. Harker and his passenger, Rachel Ann Lukken, age 40, were northbound on Highway 95 when, for unknown reasons, his Mercury Grand Marquis crossed the centerline.
Near the intersection at Thunderstruck Drive, it crashed head-on into a Ford-350 pickup truck driven by Stacey Mischelle Studer, age 41 of Mohave Valley.
Mr. Harker was pronounced deceased at the scene. Ms. Lukken was air evacuated to University Medical Center in Las Vegas. Paramedics with the Bullhead City Fire Department transported Ms. Studer to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
No additional information regarding Ms. Lukken’s or Ms. Stuber’s current medical conditions was released.
