Matthew P. MacLeod

Matt is the managing partner at O'Steen MacLeod Combs who joined the firm in 2021. He focuses his practice in the areas of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, including medical malpractice, car accidents, products liability, professional malpractice, insurance bad faith, elder abuse, dram shop, opioid litigation, mental health/correctional health negligence, Section 1983 civil rights claims and consumer advocacy.

Matt graduated from The University of Notre Dame in 2000, where he was a member of the men's varsity basketball team. He received his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law in 2003.

He has been named to the Super Lawyers every year since 2013 and Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation.

Matt is a member of the Board of Governors of the Arizona Association for Justice (formerly the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association). He also is a member of the American Association for Justice.

Matt is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association - Desert Southwest Chapter.

Matt is an Arizona native and resides in Phoenix with his wife, Lori, and children, Maggie, John and Marco.
