Monica Malhotra

Monica is an attorney at O’Steen & Harrison. She joined the firm in 2024 and practices in the areas of personal injury, including car, truck and motorcycle crashes, and medical malpractice.

Monica is an Arizona native. After graduating from Phoenix Country Day School, she attended the University of Arizona and received a B.A. in English Literature in December 2009. Monica graduated from Suffolk University Law School in May 2014. After graduating from law school, she moved back to Phoenix where she began her practice as an attorney.

Before joining the firm, Monica practiced juvenile law at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the Child and Family Protection Division as an Assistant Attorney General, where she litigated more than 30 bench trials involving dependency matters, severance and adoption cases, and guardianships.

After her time at the Attorney General’s office, Monica worked in-house at an insurance company, defending individuals involved in a wide variety of personal injury matters and property damage claims.

During her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending concerts, traveling, watching old movies, and cooking. Monica also enjoys spending time with her dog, Dua.
