Jackie Keeper Killed in Chandler Wrong-Way Head-On Collision

Chandler, Arizona—A wrong-way head-on collision on Loop 202 claimed the lives of Jackie Keeper, age 44, and Sarah Walterscheid, age 30, during Monday evening’s rush hour. The crash occurred on the westbound Loop 202 Santan Freeway near Alma School Road in Chandler. 

According to Arizona Department of Public Safety accident investigators, Sarah Walterscheid drove her Yukon SUV into oncoming traffic where she slammed head-on into Jackie Keeper’s Kia.  Both victims were transported to a hospital where they were pronounced dead.  The driver of a third vehicle, a Honda, sustained only minor injuries.
