
Pedestrian Accident in Tempe Claims Life of Penny Brown

Tempe, Arizona—Penny Brown, age 52, was struck by a car while crossing a street in Tempe near Baseline Road and Priest Drive. Tempe Police Department accident investigators report that the vehicle continued a short distance before striking a Circle K sign.
Ms. Brown was transported to a nearby hospital where she was admitted for observation. Tragically, she went into cardiac arrest and died.
We extend our sympathy to Ms. Brown’s family and friends over this terrible loss.
