Woman Killed on U.S. 60 in Tempe
Tempe, Arizona—A rollover accident in Tempe has claimed the life of an as-yet-unidentified woman early Monday morning. Arizona Department of Public Safety accident investigators report that a SUV struck a silver pickup truck in the eastbound lanes of U.S. 60 near McClintock Drive. The SUV hit a concrete wall before rolling into two lanes of traffic.
The unidentified woman was ejected from her vehicle. She later died from her injuries.
Accident investigators have not released the name of the victim as they continue to search for the cause of the accident.
