Phoenix, Arizona—A motorcycle accident claimed the life of Aaron Reily, age 51, on Wednesday afternoon near 31st Avenue and Bell Road.

The driver of a 2014 Dodge Charger, identified only as a 27-year-old woman, failed to yield the right of way as she turned left onto 31st Avenue and across Mr. Reily’s path.  He was unable to avoid colliding with the car.  Mr. Reily was thrown from his bike and died as the result of his injuries.

The woman driving the car was not hurt.  Phoenix Police say that impairment is not considered a factor in the crash.
