
Christopher Steffes Killed in Motorcycle Accident Outside Prescott Valley

Prescott Valley, Arizona—A motorcycle accident that occurred on Friday afternoon on Highway 89A near Prescott Valley has claimed the life of Christopher Steffes, age 31.
The deadly accident was investigated by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. According to accident investigators, Mr. Steffes was southbound on Highway 89A near Legend Hills Drive when a sedan pulled out in front of him. He was wearing a helmet and appropriate safety equipment.
Mr. Steffes received medical treatment at the scene of the collision from paramedics with Central Arizona Fire District and Lifeline Ambulance. He then was flown by Native Air Ambulance to Flagstaff Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
The accident investigation is ongoing and citations have not yet been issued against the driver of the sedan.
