Clayton Matheson Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Tucson

Tucson, Arizona—Clayton Matheson, age 24, has died as a result of injuries he sustained in a motorcycle accident in Tucson last Thursday.

According to investigators with the Tucson Police Department, Mr. Matheson collided into the rear passenger door of a Honda Accord at Speedway Boulevard and Olsen Avenue. Mr. Matheson was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

He was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Medical interventions over the past week were unsuccessful and he died earlier today.

The accident remains under investigation. No citations or charges have been filed at this time.
