Gary Fisher Killed By Hit and Run Driver

Peoria, Arizona—Gary Allen Fisher, age 48 of Peoria, died Saturday night from injuries he received when his motorcycle was rear-ended while he was moving through the intersection of Thunderbird Road and 75th Avenue.  The driver of the offending vehicle fled the scene of the collision, but was apprehended by Peoria Police accident investigators who reportedly followed a fluid trail left on Thunderbird Road as a result of the collision.

Law enforcement authorities have not identified the driver, but they report that alcohol may have been a factor in the fatal crash. 

We extend our sympathy to Mr. Fisher’s family and friends at this time of great loss for them.
