
Peoria Officer Jason Judd Killed in Motorcycle Accident

Peoria, Arizona—Peoria Police officer Jason Judd, age 52, died from injuries he received in a motorcycle crash at a youth training camp on Wednesday morning. The Youth Citizen Police Academy Camp session took place at Liberty High School.
The accident occurred after the class concluded just before noon. Officer Judd was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died.
Officer Judd was a 21-year veteran of the Peoria police force. He frequently participated in driver safety and education programs. As a highly-skilled motorcyclist, he trained many other motorcycle officers. Officer Judd leaves behind a wife and children.
