Kevin Vazquez-Teran Killed in Phoenix Motorcycle Accident

Phoenix, Arizona—Kevin Vazquez-Teran, age 20, was killed yesterday when a vehicle collided with his motorcycle at the intersection of 40th Street and Cactus Road.

According to accident investigators with the Phoenix Police Department, Mr. Vazquez-Teran was operating his motorcycle westbound on Cactus Road when the driver of a Nissan Altima proceeding eastbound on Cactus turned left in front of him to continue onto 40th Street. Mr. Vazquez-Teran was thrown from his motorcycle and died at a hospital. There were five occupants in the vehicle and one was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures.

Authorities do not believe that impairment was a factor in the deadly collision.
