Michael Orticelli Killed in Motorcycle Crash

Mesa, Arizona—Michael Orticelli, age 41, was struck Monday by a SUV that turned into the path of his motorcycle.  The impact caused Mr. Orticelli to, then, collide with a second vehicle—a pickup truck.  Unfortunately, Mr. Orticelli died of his injuries.

The tragic accident occurred on McKellips Road near Recker Road.  Mesa Police accident investigators report that no citations have yet been issued, but the incident remains under investigation.

We wish to express our condolences to Mr. Orticelli’s family members and friends at this time of great loss for them.
