
Rider Killed After Motorcycle, Bus Collide in Phoenix

Phoenix, Arizona—A motorcyclist is dead after a collision between a motorcycle and private bus in Phoenix. The accident occurred yesterday at about 11:00 a.m. at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Osborn Road.
According to the accident investigators with the Phoenix Police Department, the motorcycle was westbound on Osborn Road when an eastbound bus turned left in its path to proceed northbound on 3rd Avenue. The private bus belongs to Circle the City.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger on the bus was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
