
Paul Seebeck and Dale Smith Killed in Motorcycle Crash

Bullhead City, Arizona—Paul Russell Seebeck, age 54 of Bullhead City, and Dale Martin Smith, age 52 of Topock, were killed in a motorcycle accident last Friday afternoon. Bullhead City police accident investigators determined that Mr. Seebeck was driving the motorcycle while Mr. Smith was his passenger.
Emergency crews were dispatched to Highway 95. Witnesses reportedly stated that the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed between lanes of traffic when it clipped the rear end of the vehicle in front of it. Bullhead City police say the accident remains under investigation.
