Stephen Walrath Killed in North Phoenix Motorcycle Collision

Phoenix, Arizona—A collision this morning at 41st Avenue and Thunderbird in Phoenix claimed the life of Stephen Walrath, age 23.

According to Sgt. Trent Crump of the Phoenix Police Department, Mr. Walrath was operating his 2011 Kawasaki motorcycle westound on Thunderbird Road when a truck turned left in front of him. Although Mr. Walrath was wearing a helmet, he died as a result of his injuries.

It is not believed that impairment was a factor and police continue to investigate the accident.
