Bullhead City, Arizona—James Scott Burford, age 51, and William Burford, age 53, both of Mohave Valley died as a result of injuries they received in a head-on crash Monday night on State Route 95 with a car driven by a 17 year old man from Moore, Oklahoma.  That driver, Sean Anthony Ward, and his passenger, Jessica Qualkenbush, age 14 of Fort Mohave, were also killed in the accident.

Arizona Department of Public Safety investigators report that it appears the Ward automobile was driving above the posted speed limit and swerved into the Burford SUV.  The accident remains under investigation.

We extend our condolences to the families and friends of those lost in this tragic collision.
