Picacho Peak, Arizona—A horrific crash on Interstate 10 Saturday claimed the lives of five members of the same family.  Larry Curley lost his three children, Tyler, age 12; Kayla, age 9; Breanna, age 7; as well as his sister Danielle and his mother, Shelly Blackmore.  Only Mr. Curley and his father, Tracy Blackmore, survived the tragic accident.

Mr. Blackmore was driving a Ford pickup truck when a tire reportedly failed causing the truck to cross the interstate median where it was struck by a semi-truck and another passenger vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation by Arizona DPS.

A bank account is being opened at Bank of America to assist the family with funeral costs.

We extend our condolences to Mr. Curley and Mr. Blackmore over this unthinkable loss, and we wish them speedy and complete recoveries from their injuries.
