Pregnant Woman Injured When Ejected from SUV

An as-yet-unidentified woman who is five months pregnant was seriously injured when her SUV was struck by a pickup truck, causing her to be ejected from her vehicle. The accident occurred Monday morning at 71st Avenue and Broadway Road.
Man Struck and Killed on I-17 in Phoenix

An unidentified pedestrian was killed Tuesday night on southbound Interstate 17 after two vehicles struck him near Dunlap Avenue. The accident occurred shortly after 9:00 p.m.

Sixty-five traffic stops resulted in 23 arrests and 114 citations issued on Valley streets Sunday night. It was a coordinated effort between the Phoenix Police Department and the Arizona Department of Public Safety to crack down on street racers.
Sue Hotchkin of Prescott Valley Killed in Rollover Accident

Sue Hotchkin of Prescott Valley was killed in a rollover accident near New River on Saturday. According to Arizona DPS investigators, Ms. Hotchkin was a passenger in an SUV that was traveling northbound on I-17 near New River when the driver lost controol of the vehicle and struck a guardrail. The impact with the guardrail caused the SUV to roll.
Cement Truck Accident, SUV Rollover Injures Three

An accident on southbound SR-101 involving an SUV and a cement truck sent three people to Valley hospitals late Wednesday afternoon. Both vehicles rolled after crashing on SR-101 near Cactus Road in Scottsdale.
Cornelius Wouters Killed in phoenix Motorcycle Accident

Cornelius Wouters was killed when his motorcycle collided with a car near Cave Creek Road and Union Hills Drive on Saturday afternoon. Debris from the accident caused a second motorcycle to crash, injuring an as-yet unidentified woman. She was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
