Phoenix, Arizona—A bus crash near downtown Phoenix has killed one and left seventeen others injured.
According to police investigators, 23 people were on board the bus when it crashed on I-10 near 7th Street early this morning. A large number of emergency responders from Phoenix Fire Department were on scene to aid the injured passengers.
The bus was part of a fleet managed by FlixBus. According to the company, FlixBus "connects passengers to transportation" and the buses are run by third-party operators.
No further information is available on the victims or the nature of the injuries.
