Frank DeSomma Killed in Rollover Accident

Phoenix, Arizona—Frank DeSomma, age 57, died from injuries he received when his Jeep left the roadway and rolled on Thursday night.  Mr. DeSomma was on the Carefree Highway near I-17 at the time. 

According to Phoenix Police Department accident investigators, a witness reported seeing an orange or red car that may have turned in front of Mr. DeSomma, causing him to swerve and lose control of his vehicle.  Mr. DeSomma was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

The orange or red car that may have caused the rollover left the scene.  Police have not located the vehicle or its driver.  The investigation is ongoing.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Phoenix Police Department at (602) 262-6141 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
