Jessica Lightner Killed in Pedestrian Accident

Phoenix, Arizona—A Nissan pickup westbound on Oak near 30th Street struck and killed Jessica Lightner, age 33, on Saturday morning at about 1:00 a.m.
The driver of the Nissan pickup truck fled the scene of the accident. Later that morning, Sergio Campa Nareja, age 35, turned himself in to Phoenix Police, who then arrested him.
