
Car Accident in North Phoenix Leaves Juan Carlos Molina-Limon Dead, Four Injured

Phoenix, Arizona—A car accident on Friday afternoon left one dead and four others injured.
According to accident investigators with the Phoenix Police Department, a 2019 Ford F550 work truck was northbound on Cave Creek Road when the 21-year-old driver attempted to turn left to proceed westbound onto Sonoran Desert Drive. The truck collided with a Valley Metro van traveling southbound on Cave Creek Road. The collision forced the van into a metal utility pole on the southwest corner of the intersection.
Juan Carlos Molina-Limon, age 59, was driving the van and sustained serious injuries. He was rushed to a local hospital where he died a short time later. Four adult passengers in the van, ranging in age from 32 to 58, also were injured.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the deadly crash.
