
Pedestrian Struck By Two Vehicles in Phoenix Dies of Injuries

Phoenix, Arizona—An as-yet unidentified woman, age 28, was run over by two vehicles as she crossed Thomas Road on Friday night shortly after 9:00 p.m. Phoenix Police Department accident investigators report that the accident occurred on Thomas Road west of 27th Avenue.
The woman was struck first by a Ford SUV driven by an 86-year-old man. She was then struck by a Nissan pickup truck driven by a 61-year-old man. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where she later died.
The two drivers remained at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
Our sympathies are with the woman’s family and friends at this time of loss for them.
