Phoenix Car Accident Injures Seven People

Phoenix, Arizona—A car accident near 43rd Avenue and Peoria injured seven people on Saturday night. 

An official with the Phoenix Fire Department reported that four people were transported to the hospital in critical condition.  Among them were an 8-year-old girl, a 13-year-old boy, and two women ages 27 and 32.  A 9-year-old girl remains in the hospital in stable condition.  Two others sustained injuries but did not require hospitalization.

No information regarding the names of those involved was released.  The accident investigation is ongoing.
