
Phoenix Police Report Three Injured After Vehicles Collide, Hit Wall

Phoenix, Arizona—Three people were injured in a car accident at 48th Avenue and McDowell Road on Sunday morning.
Accident investigators with the Phoenix Police Department report that the driver of a pickup truck was on McDowell Road and attempting to turn left onto 47th Avenue when it collided with a vehicle that was traveling westbound on McDowell Road.
The driver of the truck, described only as a male, and his female passenger both were ejected from the truck. They were rushed to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with less serious injuries.
