Daniel Arroyo Killed in Rollover Accident Outside Crown King
Crown King, Arizona—A single-vehicle rollover accident outside Crown King yesterday evening has claimed the life of Daniel Arroyo, age 29 of Phoenix. An unidentified male occupant was transported to a Phoenix hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to investigators with the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, the accident occurred on Forest Road 192 near the junction of Forest Road 711, roughly 8 miles south of Crown King. A Jeep Grand Cherokee went off the road at the top of a switchback and rolled more than 500 feet down the side of a hill.
The accident remains under investigation by the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office and no conclusions have been released as to cause and fault.
