Eva Luna Dies in Rollover Accident Near Ash Fork
Ash Fork, Arizona—Eva Luna, age two of Los Angeles, California, was killed in an accident Tuesday when a Toyota Rav4 driven by her father hydroplaned on the rain-soaked highway, striking an embankment before rolling. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported the accident as westbound on Interstate 40 near Ash Fork, about 50 miles north of Prescott.
Eva’s father was transported by air to Flagstaff Medical Center. Four other passengers in the vehicle were uninjured.
