Loscar Ochoa Dies After Rollover Crash in Prescott Valley
Prescott Valley, Arizona—Loscar Ochoa, age 20 of Surprise, was killed on Wednesday evening after his Kia sedan struck another car on Fain Road near Robert Road in Prescott Valley. The collision caused his vehicle to enter the median where it rolled. Accident investigators with the Prescott Valley Police Department report that Mr. Ochoa was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The occupant of the other vehicle has been described as a 47-year-old woman from Cottonwood but has not been identified. She was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The collision remains under investigation but police do not believe that alcohol was a factor.
