Prescott Police Officer Injured in Car Accident
Prescott, Arizona—A police officer with the Prescott Police Department suffered minor injuries in a car accident on Thursday afternoon near Gurley Street and Bradshaw Drive.
According to Deputy Police Chief Amy Bonney, the officer was proceeding eastbound on Gurley Street when the driver of a vehicle traveling westbound turned left in front of the police vehicle.
The police officer was treated at the scene for minor injuries, while the driver of the other car was taken to Yavapai Regional Medical Center for further evaluation.
