Two People Killed in Head-On Accident Outside Skull Valley

Prescott, Arizona—Two people were killed on Tuesday afternoon in an accident outside Skull Valley. The driver of a Chevrolet pickup truck eastbound on Iron Springs Road crossed the center line and smashed head-on into a southbound Toyota sedan.   Both occupants of the Toyota died at the scene.  Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office has not released their names, pending notification of next of kin.

The male driver of the pickup and his passenger suffered minor injuries.  No additional information presently is available regarding their names or medical conditions.  The investigation continues.
