Prescott, Arizona—A car driven by a 76-year-old woman westbound on Whipple Street entered the intersection at Ruth Street and collided with a car driven by a 54-year-old woman who was turning left across her path. Prescott Police report the accident occurred on Thursday morning at about 11:00 a.m. Neither woman was identified.
The 54-year-old woman was air evac'd from Yavapai Regional Medical Center to a hospital in Phoenix for treatment of her severe injuries. The other woman was treated for minor injuries and released. Police are still investigating the cause of the car accident
