
Two Killed in Head-on Accident With Semi-Truck Near Wickenburg

Wickenburg, Arizona—Two people, as-yet unidentified, were killed Friday morning when the car in which they were occupants crossed the centerline of U.S. 93 and struck a semi-truck head-on. The tragic accident occurred near the junction of SR-71 northwest of Wickenburg.
Arizona Department of Public Safety accident investigators report that both vehicles left the highway following the impact. The driver of the semi-truck sustained minor injuries.
We express our sympathy to the families and friends of the two people who died and wish the truck driver a speedy recovery from his injuries.
