
Four Killed in Wrong-Way Accident in Green Valley

Green Valley, Arizona—Tucson residents Edith A. Munoz, age 41, and two of her sons, Mario and Saul Gradillas, ages 24 and 29 respectively, died when their Nissan Sentra was struck head-on by a wrong-way driver early Sunday morning. A third son, age 14, was ejected from the vehicle and survived the crash. He was air transported to Banner University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Officials did not release his name.
Arizona DPS accident investigators report that Tambra Hoskins, age 52 of Green Valley, was driving south in the northbound lanes of Interstate 19 near milepost 46 when the collision occurred. Ms. Hoskins also died from her injuries.
