
Thomas Sturdy Dies of Injuries Following Bicycle Accident

Tucson, Arizona—Thomas Sturdy, age 72, was struck by a car while riding his bicycle near Overton Road and La Cholla Boulevard on Friday morning at about 10:15 a.m.
Pima County Sheriff deputies arrived on scene and found Mr. Sturdy was conscious and alert with an apparent broken leg. He was transported by ambulance to a hospital for treatment when his condition unexpectedly and rapidly deteriorated. He died a short time later.
Our sympathy is with Thomas Sturdy’s family and friends at this time of tragic loss for them.
