
Trelyn Thorns Killed in Rollover Car Accident in Tucson

Tucson, Arizona—Trelyn Thorns, age 10, was killed when the car her mother was driving was struck by a red light runner at Broadway Boulevard and Harrison Road on Wednesday night.
According to Tucson Police Department accident investigators, Trelyn and her mother were in a gray 2003 Honda CRV when the driver of a 2012 Lexus failed to stop for a red light. The collision caused the SUV to roll.
Trelyn’s mother sustained only minor injuries. The driver of the Lexus was uninjured.
The investigation is ongoing.
