Man Working in Chino Valley Seriously Injured After Being Struck by Car

Chino Valley, Arizona—A man working in the Mollie Rae neighborhood in Chino Valley sustained serious injuries this morning after he was struck by a car.
According to accident investigators with the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, the unidentified man was working on or near a residential roadway when the vehicle hit him. He was flown by helicopter to a Phoenix-area hospital with serious injuries. He was treated at the scene of the accident by paramedics with Central Arizona Fire and Medical as well as AMR Medical Transportation.
Investigators have not released additional information regarding the cause of the accident or whether any citations were issued.
