Robert Fox Killed in Bicycle Accident

Bullhead City, Arizona—Robert D. Fox II, age 34 of Bullhead City, was killed as he rode his bicycle southbound on Highway 95 on Friday.

Bullhead City Police Department accident investigators report that a car driven by Melanie L. Jones, age 42 of California, struck Mr. Fox from behind.

Ms. Jones was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for toxicology testing.  Those results will not be available for several days.  She is being held in Mohave County Jail and faces possible charges of DUI and second degree murder.

We extend our condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Fox at this time of great loss for them.
